When Life is Out of Balance

When our lives are out of balance, the effects can show up in many ways, not only in mental and emotional stress and feelings of overwhelm, but also quite often in physical ways with symptoms such as headaches, back ache, gut health problems and hormonal imbalances - to name a few.  
 In midlife, a time of so much change and additional roles, often caring for elderly loved ones, or helping teens navigate their own hormonal changes and exam stress - the effects of on our mental and physical wellbeing can be significant and often difficult to navigate.
