I offer both!  In person is limited to where I am based in Hertfordshire, England.  However I offer online sessions globally and I have successfully worked with clients in England, Ireland & Australia.

We’ll decide on a frequency that works best for you and your lifestyle, and one that also keeps you moving forward towards achieving your goals. 

This varies depending on your goals and where you’re starting from. Some people see significant changes after just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term coaching. We’ll work at a pace that suits you, ensuring you feel supported throughout the journey.
