I created Mindful Wellbeing to be the calm corner of the internet I needed myself — a space to pause, breathe, learn, grow and feel inspired and empowered.

So many of us reach a point in midlife where it feels like we’re doing everything for everyone — yet quietly wondering where we went in the process.

This space blends coaching, lived experience, and expert knowledge to help women move from overwhelmed to empowered. Through Mindful Wellbeing, I bring together trusted voices, their wisdom and tools, and a compassionate community — all designed to help you create a life that finally feels like yours again.

From Corporate World to Wellbeing

I spent several years in the corporate world in London and enjoyed the fast pace and daily challenges, but over time I saw how the constant pressure and long hours took it's toll on my wellbeing ....and everyone else’s.

It led me to decide on a career change and in 2005 I trained at the London School of reflexology, shortly after opening my own wellbeing practice, helping others find calm and balance in their busy lives.

Next came marriage, a couple of country relocations .... and a decade dedicated to raising my two boys. When I reached midlife, I felt ready to rediscover me again .

In 2017, I launched a new business and quickly realised how easy it is to juggle everything yet lose sight of yourself along the way. That insight led me to life coaching — a powerful blend of self-awareness, compassion, and practical tools that reignited my purpose.

I felt compelled to share the resources and wisdom I’d discovered on my own journey — and to create Mindful Wellbeing, a calm, supportive space where women can reconnect with themselves and rediscover what truly matters. Feel free to come and check it out.
